Lilpump is a token started by the rapper, Lilpump.
His name has pump in it, and he tatoo’d “Solana” on his forehead, so therefore, this token was essential for our liquidity pools.
We use a 6% meteora liquidity pool for our lilpump pool, which has worked well. Typically, 4% seems to be the sweet spot for fee earnings and preventing arbitrage traders from having too big of margins and extracting value. However, when lilpump pumps, the 6% fees work great, on some days being on pace for over 200% 365 yeilds. The downside of 6% pools is they generate less overall trade volume, however it seemed to work well for this token.
If and when VVS is 10-50x current prices, and his pool thus also will be much higher value – we are excited to see how much it can generate in trade fees compared to our 4% pools.
